The Return
Lacrosse in the past few years has been one of the most popular in college and indoor major league men's. As it makes its way from the east coast spreading to the northern and southern regions it also spread to the west coast. branching out one of the most exciting contact sports including throwing, catching, hitting, blocking and sprinting. Lacrosse over many many years has went through major ups and downs being played in the 1800 by native american, it was later taken and changed into a European sport by incoming settlers on the east coast. From being played by all native tribes to just a couple groups of settlers the sport died off and has been only majorly played on the east coast. As the sport evolved not only in structure but in gear and contact it gained popularity and has spread across the U.S. It has also became so popular it has spread to almost all contents and every four years have a major event with dozens of different countries. with over 36,000 men playing college level lacrosse spread to all ages! men and women! lacrosse by Sports Illustrated has been stated to be the" fastest sport on two feet". It's not only a great sport to play by one of the greatest team builders as well setting up plays making bold moves and sharing information on the field. lacrosse is the peoples all around sport. Its not only physically and mentally building and working your body, teaching and and creating an all around athlete and even better person.
